Applications for the Canadian Youth Delegation to COP 23 will be open until Sunday, May 28th at midnight PST.

The Canadian Youth Delegation is a voice of the Canadian youth climate movement at international United Nations climate conferences. Made up of dedicated and inspiring leaders from across the country, the delegation represents the demands of a generation working to create a just, safe, and livable future for all.
The Canadian Youth Delegation to COP23 in Bonn, Germany buils on a long history of Canadian youth engagement in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Since the large and unprecedented mobilization of young people at COP11 in Montreal 2005, youth from Canada have organized a presence at every major meeting, including COP12 in Nairobi, COP13 in Bali, COP14 in Poznan, COP15 in Copenhagen, COP16 in Cancun, COP17 in Durban, COP 18 in Doha, COP 20 in Lima, COP21 in Paris and COP22 in Marrakesh.
Fossil Free Canada connects and supports fossil fuel divestment campaigns on over thirty university and college campuses across the country. We are pressuring institutions to divest from fossil fuel industries in order to create the shift needed for a transition to a clean and just energy economy.

PowerShift is a series of conferences and trainings that provides youth with the skills, knowledge and connections necessary to tackle climate change and fight for climate justice.
